Statesheet is a product of ProductoHub, operated by Olexyn Systems LLC. All support runs through support@productohub.com, which is a monitored mailbox and the only support channel for this product.
The Formation Kit — a 130-page PDF formatted for reading on a phone, covering the LLC formation process and carrying one reference sheet for each of the fifty states and the District of Columbia, together with two editable operating agreement templates (.docx). The First Year Pack — an optional 34-page PDF covering recurring state filings, offered as an add-on at checkout. Lifetime updates — an optional add-on that delivers future editions to the same download link. The Records Binder — an optional 14-page PDF with eight editable internal company documents (.docx), offered once after purchase.
All are digital downloads. Nothing ships physically and nothing recurs: every item is a one-time purchase.
Delivery is immediate. Download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment clears, and the same links are emailed to the address you give at checkout. The links do not expire. If a link stops working, write to us and we will send it again.
Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank or payment provider may convert to your local currency. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show a charge from ProductoHub identifying this product.

The files are for you and your own business. You may complete, adapt and use the templates for your own company however you like — that is what they are for.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product.
The material is educational. Decisions about your company, its structure and its filings are yours. We do not warrant any legal, tax or business result, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
About the state data. Every filing fee, deadline and official link in the kit was read from an official state source on the verification date printed in the material, and nothing was filled in from memory. Fees and deadlines are set by each state and change. The kit is a starting point and each sheet carries the official link — confirm the current amount at your state's official portal before you pay it. We do not warrant that any figure is current at the moment you read it.
The templates are reference language and have not been reviewed for any jurisdiction or for your situation. Have a qualified attorney review any document before you rely on it.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on the day you bought.
